Programme content
On the LLM in Professional Legal Practice you study practice-based projects, proposed by you, based on either an LPC elective or BVC option, for example Family Law or Debt Finance. It is not essential that you have studied your chosen elective or option subject, although we do recommend that you have done so.
Alternatively, practice-based projects can be done in the context of pro bono or work-based matters that you have undertaken.
You can negotiate the content of your projects, so topics can be wide ranging. However your projects must apply law to legal practice and not purely academic investigations.
