The programme is assessed using:

• one examination per module
• one piece of coursework
• statute analysis exam
• case analysis exam
• multiple choice test on the English Legal System
• independent research essay

Independent research essay options

We offer over 12 different modules, and always consider individual topics suggested by students. Current options include intellectual property (copyright, trademarks or patents), succession, company law family law, housing law, medical law and public international law. Feedback is given throughout the programme to help you achieve success and maximise your potential. Distance Learning students have the option to sit their exams overseas to reduce the need to travel to the UK.
