The programmes are designed to give you the opportunity to gain an understanding of specialist areas of law, offer you a glimpse into the realities of some fascinating areas of practice, and enable you to discuss knowledgeably these areas with prospective employers. And what's more, it's free! The choice of specialist subjects varies from year to year but previous highlights include:
- Evidence and Forensics
- Law in the City
- International Law
- Intellectual Property Law
Company Law module
In addition to GDL Extra you also have the opportunity to study our exclusive Company Law programme, also free of charge! This will prepare you for further studies and give you a head start on your career. Company law is a useful subject for everyone and is particularly important for anyone who is thinking of joining a City firm.
Is law right for me? If you are unsure that a career in law is right for you, BPP's popular week long Summer School gives you an insight into the study and practice of law.
