Assessment of the two modules are a mixture of:
- coursework
- multiple choice tests
- oral assessment

There will be three sittings a year of each assessment, so you can select when to complete each one.
The Graduate Certificate in Commercial Law will be graded as follows:
| 70% plus | 1st |
| 60% plus | 2:1 |
| 50% plus | 2:2 |
| 40% plus | 3rd |
