Modes of study

At the heart of the design of the Graduate Certificate in Commercial Law is flexibility. You can study full-time and complete both modules over a few months or you could spread it over more time - up to five years.

Please note you will always have to work with the syllabus and assessment structure for the current year of any module. These details may differ from previous years, as will the price of each module.

You can complete the Graduate Certificate in Commercial Law online via distance learning or using a mix of online activities and face-to-face teaching in London

For each topic there will be an online lecture, reading materials and an online tutorial. The online provision means you can complete the programme at a time and place that suits you.

You are also welcome to come into any of BPP Law School's libraries and work there. This flexibility means the modules are available to you irrespective of whether you are working or doing your GDL full-time, part-time or via distance learning, at Leeds, London or Manchester.

However we also provide the option of face-to-face teaching if you prefer this mode of learning. This will be available in London (Waterloo) only (due to the specialised staff needed), but all students are welcome to attend. The seminars are concentrated into two weeks, on two separate dates. If you can't come to London the seminars will also be available online.
