Assessment

The method of assessment for each module will be made through a combination of:

• memorandums of advice on practical issues (20%)
• written examinations (40%)
• an essay (40%)

You must also submit a dissertation of 15,000 words on a subject related to Commercial Law.

You will receive feedback and advice on your work throughout the programme, to ensure that you make progress and achieve your goals.
