The LLM in International Business Law offers you the unique opportunity to engage with issues that are of real and practical relevance to those who operate in today’s financial markets and are concerned with the legal and regulatory issues of tomorrow. The programme, while offering a broad spectrum of international business law modules also allows for specialisation in new and dynamic issues such as Islamic Financial Law, the prevention and control of fraud and financial crime and the control or risk in transnational enterprise. Options will be led by some of the leading international experts in these fields and combine a unique blend of practical knowledge and application.

The LLM in International Business Law is aimed at those intending to work in international commercial practice either in the UK or overseas.
