The methods of teaching on the course is second to none; every tutorial is based on a factual scenario which gives a realistic insight into practice without merely reiterating the black letter law.

Small group sessions
At BPP we believe that the most effective way of learning is by doing. Our programmes enable you to not only acquire knowledge but, crucially, to develop your ability to apply that knowledge in practical scenarios. This is a key skill that employers seek but it cannot be obtained through lectures or books alone. Small group discussions hosted by an experienced tutor, usually every week, will give you and your peers the opportunity to develop genuine insight and understanding of issues, solutions, processes and related theories. Whilst regular lectures or Whole Group Sessions are held in most programmes, our teaching philosophy places great emphasis the value of frequent small group sessions which may include tutorials, seminars or workshops.

e-learning
Our College Virtual Learning Environment (VLE) provides you with 24/7 access to a personalised learning environment that is tailored to your studies.
The VLE contains an extensive selection of innovative learning resources. These include multimedia materials such as podcasts and online video lectures, challenging simulations, Gladbury - our virtual town, and online assessments that help you test your learning at every stage of your studies.
Being a student at BPP is much more than just studying, though. Through the VLE, a rich selection of online library resources, careers information, student services and information on clubs and societies is also at your fingetips.
